Eric, I have your 60# injectors and Alky chip you made for my 6766 (one of Bisons with a 4" cover) for 25Lbs boost. This season i plan to turn it up closer to 33/34 Lbs which i guesstimate will be around 600 WHP on my motor. My math say's i will be near 100% DC. I understand the Alky will give me some cussion. My question is , is my math correct on the DC and is it taking the injectors too close too static? Is time to go to 80s with a new chip? Thanks

It would be very close. People have gone high 9's on 60's and a dual nozzle, but they were maxed. You would be better off with 80's.

I would be more comfortable with some margin. Would it be ok to sent you my current chip for a re-do?. How will i go about this during check out regarding chip return and pricing of Inj./chip combo? Brian T.

If you are ordering the 80lb injector/chip combo, that already includes a discount, so there is no need to send the old chip back. You would receive a new chip.

Eric,, received my chip/injectors, thank you. Regarding my alky turn on point in relation to your fuel table ,,what would be your recommended "turn on" point be? ,, i think i have mine start flowing about 12 Lbs. with initial set at 1:00 ,gain varies around 7. I keep my WB # on the rich side 10.5 or so as i keep boost around 30lbs

That sounds about right. Sometimes you have to turn on a little earlier if you have transitional knock.
