OK, got it started.. I changed all the crank cells to 100 and went up in +50 increments. It coughed at 500, started at 550. Once it warmed up after a minute of running, it wouldn't start so I bumped to 600 and it started. Here's a log. I've got a CEL but not sure what it is?. Where should I put the cranking PSI settings after cold start?

Noticed a leak at the input and exh. on my turbo..gotta let it cool then check the clamps.

Your malfunction code is for the coolant sensor. Make sure its connected, no pinched wire, etc. This will cause startup issues, as the fueling and IAC position will be wrong.

You can see a malfunction code by switching to the "MALF-Extra" dash tab at the bottom. I pulled up your log and scrolled through it while watching that dash, see below.

Thanks Eric... I saw the fault, guess I just had a mental block on CLT..... Thanks for the reminder!

So what's your recommendation on where I am right now...I've got the crank pulse correct for starting up at 550 and it starts pretty decent there. Should I just go up the scale by 25-30% ?

Any other pointers for getting these dialed in? Put it on auto tune, drive it? Kind of like a trail blazer here with these 210s...I'm gonna bring my 85s and will throw those in if those thing starts to bust my chops. Haven't driven it yet. Will take it out tomorrow and see how it drives going through the gears.

When you have a coolant malfunction, the computer defaults to a temp 180 F all the time.
So it was using the cranking pulse at the 180 F part of the table, which would have been way too lean since your car was cold.
You will need to get the coolant temp situation fixed first, so the crank fuel table works correctly, then dial it in.
It sounds like it needs to be about 600 at around 75 degrees, then taper down to around 150 at 250 degrees and go from there.

You can use autotune if you want, but change the advanced settings so it doesn't adjust below 1500rpm and 40kpa. Tune that area manually.

Strange...just checked to make sure it was plugged in, maybe I bumped it. It is..nothing is pinched that I can tell. Is there a way to check the wiring to see if there is an open? Literally nothing changed there, but I'm not surprised since this car has been busting my chops. Sensor COULD have gone bad from just siting since November, long shot, but my luck..highly unlikely

Fixed the SEL light..maybe just a weak prong in the connector. Bent it in more..all good.

It starts and runs, reasonable well..but didn't get into any boost at all just up to about 40 mph and it didn't hiccup...few more things and in the trailer it goes.

Thanks for your help..I'm sure I'll have a few more questions.
