I downloaded tuner pro rt,loaded the adx file, at the bottom of the screen it shows in yellow not connected and in red not emulating.i have the extreme aldl cable and when plugged in the USB port it shows up in devices and the device status shows working properly,I'm not sure what I'm missing.another concern is i went through a speed shop and they ordered the velosyty chip and injectors from you for my build and I was told the injectors were 60 lb. And they never ask for engine specs for the chip I would appreciate if you could give me the setup and injector size
The chip # is 11419 and the injector # is 01d030b I'm not sure if not setting up the chip to engine specs could cause some of the problems im having ??I would appreciate any help

Order#11419 was for 42lb injectors. That chip was made for 42lb injectors, and 01D030B are 42lb injectors.

The chip was ordered for an all stock truck except for a 3-bar MAP sensor.

Unfortunately I don't have much help for Tunerpro RT. Many people can't get it to connect anymore. I usually have to use an old laptop.

I'm filling out the sheet to return my chip to have it reprogrammed,im planning later on to go with bigger turbo and bigger injectors is this something that can be programed on the secondary program
