Eric,
I'm having issues logging with the scanmaster g and tuner pro. I have a moates xtreme aldl cable hooked to my lap top. Most of the time the logs are all over the place, this one I got a slightly decent log. Every once in a while it will log correctly but ive noticed when it does the scanmaster g shutsdown. I haven't been able to tune much at all at this point. Any help would be much appreciated.

heres a log.

Wait, you are using an ALDL cable along with the Scanmaster G? You can't use both at the same time.

ok that makes sense because sometimes it will connect and then disconnect.
I have a Bluetooth dongle and I haven't been able to get that to connect yet, I have the velosytyblack.adx and I cant seem to get it to connect. It flashes connected and data error but never shows any datalogging. do you have a different .adx I should be using?

The bluetooth connection needs the ADX for the scanmaster.

I got the new adx loaded in tuner pro now when I hit connect it says that it is connecting but It never connects. do I have to do anything different with the default baud rate or anything else in the definition file??

Have you paired with the scanmaster? If so, can you look at the properties of the scanmaster on the "devices and printers" screen and see what COM port is being used.

You'll need to set the Tunerpro configuration for that COM port.

yes I have paired with the scanmaster and loaded the current update for it just to see if it would work. When I go into my device manager it shows com 6 as sending and com7 as receiving.
I then go into tunerpro/preferences and click configure plug in component and it comes up with com7 I click ok and then try to connect. The status bar at the bottom continuously shows connecting... but it never does. Any ideas on whats going on??

I have run into some laptops that won't connect with tunerpro no matter what I try. However, they will work fine with an android device with the ALDLdroid software. So I think it may be a windows driver or bluetooth driver thing.
I have a win10 laptop here that will not connect through bluetooth, but my win7 laptop will.
