New 60# Chip

I installed a new 60# chip and injectors last week on a totally stock car. After the first start up I noticed that I'm getting some chatter that sounds like relays clicking. Its coming from either behind the glove box or maybe the ECM itself. Any idea what this could be? Its never made that noise before. Thanks

I can't think of anything that would cause that under the dash. You might need to dig a little further to narrow down where its coming from.
