Is this O2 reading erratic or is it just me?

OK, bear with me I'm a bit rusty. I just got my Buick out after 8years so I'm still clearing some cobwebs. I have an Axis extender, LC-1 wideband, alky injection. My BLMs are all pegged but by looking at my WB02... to me they look really erratic, but I wanted to check what normal looks like before shotgunning it with a a new sensor. This file is 55mph cruise in 3rd gear, I definitely didnt expect that much activity from the A/F.

It looks like the wideband reading is not right. It should cycle up and down when in closed loop, but it should center around 14.7 afr.
You might want to make sure the wideband is wired up correctly also. Check to see if your LC-1 has a separate analog ground, and where it's connected.
