16 Volt System

Recently I bought a 16v battery as I was intending on switching over to a 16v system. I will check each electrical component to see if running 16 volts could be detrimental to the component.

The first component I am checking is the GN-ECU. Is the GN-ECU spec'd to handle continuous voltage of 16v to 18v?

Yes it will work fine. You might have to play with the injector deadtime values a little bit in that voltage range.
